What Cucetta does
You don’t buy a good pan or a new barbecue every week, and prices differ a lot between shops and from week to week. Cucetta puts them side by side. Each product has a single page with all of its versions – size, colour and set – each with its own EAN code or the manufacturer’s model number.
A price belongs to exactly one version: we never compare a 24 cm frying pan with the same pan in 28 cm, or a single pan with a pan set. We only show shop prices once we have checked them for the exact version; if the version is ambiguous, we show no price rather than guess.
Independent
Cucetta doesn’t sell anything and isn’t affiliated with the brands on this site. We use brand names to describe what is in the catalogue, not to suggest a partnership.
If Cucetta later earns money from links to shops or from advertising, this will be stated clearly next to the link or placement concerned. The order of products and prices is not for sale.
Not a test kitchen
We don’t test products ourselves. We show what the manufacturer publishes, such as the material, which hobs a pan works on (including induction), whether something is dishwasher-safe, up to which temperature it can go in the oven, the capacity and the power. If the manufacturer doesn’t state something, we don’t fill it in ourselves. For use and care, the manufacturer’s manual always takes precedence.
